Government filing fees include all associated charges—such as federal, provincial, courier, and administrative processing costs—that are incurred by Ontario Business Registration during the handling of your order. These fees are not retained as revenue by Ontario Business Registration. You acknowledge that these amounts are paid directly to the appropriate government agencies on your behalf and are therefore non-refundable. In cases where your order cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (not resulting from an error on our part), we reserve the right to retain applicable service fees and processing charges.

To cancel an order submitted in error, please contact us by phone within 35 minutes of placing the order and follow up with an email confirming the cancellation. If the cancellation is requested within this time frame, a full refund may be issued. After 35 minutes, administrative fees will apply.
For expedited services (e.g., 1-hour or 2-hour processing), cancellations must be requested within 10 minutes of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in partial or full agency fee deductions. Please note: All refund requests are subject to deductions, which may include transaction processing fees, applicable taxes, and agency fees for any work already performed on your application.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. For example, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same card.
Ontario Business Registration processes filings in the Province of Ontario according to the local business hours. The daily cut-off time for processing orders is 3:00 PM (EST) local time. Orders placed after this time will be queued for processing on the next business day.
Our regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. During these hours, we are committed to ensuring timely delivery and processing of your documents and services.
